Robomagister considers respect for your privacy fundamental and therefore asks you to read this Policy (“Privacy Policy”) carefully in order to make a conscious, free, and informed choice when providing information to Robomagister. In general, all personal data (“Personal Data” and/or “Data”) that you provide to Robomagister through the Website or the Application or Liffo, or that will be collected in the context of using Robomagister’s services (“Services”, as better defined in Purpose no. 1 named “Provision of Services and contractual obligations” of Section C “Purposes of Personal Data processing” of this Privacy Policy) will be processed in compliance with the principles recognized by current legislation on personal data protection, such as the principles of transparency, fairness, lawfulness, data minimization, purpose and storage limitation, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
The Privacy Policy is divided into individual sections (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Sections” and/or individually "Section”), each dealing with a specific area, in order to allow you to read and search for topics as immediately and easily as possible. The Website or the Application may contain links to other applications or websites. Robomagister is not responsible for their privacy policies or content. This Privacy Policy has been drafted based on the principle of transparency and at the same time trying to avoid excessively legal language, for the benefit of easier understanding of the information provided.
Name, contact details, and other Personal Data
Should you decide to create an account on the Website liffoweb.liffo.com or through the Liffo Application, Robomagister may ask you to provide information such as: name, surname, contact details, day, month, and year of birth, residential address, and language.
Similarly, you may be asked to provide additional Data such as a shipping address, or to choose a payment method when purchasing Services.
The use of the Services, if desired, also allows the uploading to the Application or to the Website of photographs and other digital images spontaneously provided by users that could potentially also portray people, as well as data deriving from your sending of texts, images, photographs, and drawings, also when participating in any contests, promotions, interactive recipes, and various initiatives (in these cases you can, however, refer to the specific Privacy Policy prepared from time to time).
Further Personal Data may be collected during the management of any relationship with Robomagister or may consist of those that you decide to provide to Robomagister through the use of the Contact area on the Application or on the Website.
Some sections of the Application, Liffo, or the Website, as well as, by their nature, the communications you decide to send us spontaneously to the electronic (such as email addresses) and physical addresses indicated within the Application, Liffo, or the Website, provide free text fields where it is possible to provide Robomagister with information that could contain Personal Data. Since these are free fields, you could choose to communicate to us (even inadvertently) particular categories of Personal Data, such as data revealing political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a physical person, data concerning health or sexual life or sexual orientation.
Robomagister asks you not to disclose any of these types of data, unless you deem it strictly necessary for the pursuit of the request submitted to us. Since the indication of such information is, as mentioned, totally optional, should you choose to do so, Robomagister could process such information only with your explicit consent and in compliance with current legislation. Robomagister therefore emphasizes the importance of expressing your explicit consent to the processing of such particular categories of Personal Data, should you decide to share such information with Robomagister.
Personal Data referring to other people
As mentioned in the previous paragraph, when you use the Website, Liffo, or the Application, you may upload digital images representing other people and/or include textual content containing Personal Data always relating to other people.
Since, in this hypothesis, Robomagister would not collect this information directly from the interested parties (but, indirectly, from you), you guarantee that such specific processing can be based on the consent of these subjects or on another suitable legal basis that legitimizes the processing of the information in question.
As mentioned in the previous paragraph, when you use the application you may also want to upload digital images that could also portray other people and/or include textual content containing Personal Data always relating to other people. In all cases in which you decide to share such Data and/or photographs and other digital images that could portray people, you will be considered an independent data controller and, as such, you will have to assume all legal obligations and responsibilities. Therefore, in this regard, you grant the broadest indemnity against any dispute, claim, request for compensation for damages from processing, etc. that may be received by Robomagister from people whose Personal Data has been forwarded by you in violation of the applicable personal data protection regulations.
Data relating to online payments
Regarding the payment data you provide, Robomagister will only process data received from digital payment companies and credit card payment management institutions, which consist of return information on the payment status (successful/rejected). All further information relating to the account, prepaid card, or credit card is stored by the entities that manage the relevant service, who are not authorized to use the Personal Data received through the Website or through the Application for other purposes.
Geographic data:
When you create a profile on the Application or on the Website, you can choose to share your location. In this case, we will collect geographical coordinates exclusively when you activate the service, with the sole purpose of assisting you in localization. The coordinates will be approximated by us (for example, at the state, city, or street level) solely to facilitate the compilation of your location data.
This information will be stored only for the time strictly necessary and proportionate to the security purpose. It will be used exclusively to detect any anomalies, fraudulent activities, or abuses in the use and access to the Website and the Application.
Data processed in interaction with social networks
You can also access the Application or the Website using the personal account of one of the social networks included in the registration form. In this case, the social network will automatically send your Personal Data to Robomagister. You will only need to provide any Data necessary to complete the registration not provided by the social network. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the liffoweb.liffo.com Website or to execute the requested Services acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected by Robomagister to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of Data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment.

Data of your Device (applicable when you use the Application)
By selecting the “install” option in the Store for the Application, you authorize Robomagister to install the Application on your mobile device (“Device”), as well as to access certain Personal Data and other information on your Device that are essential for the successful installation (e.g., Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, network connection type, language, etc.). This information is inherently shared during the installation of the Application and you can prevent it by removing the Application from your Device.
SDK and tracking technologies (applicable when you use the Application)
SDK (Software Development Kit) and similar technologies are information that mobile applications record and/or read on your Device. Usually, these technologies allow the analysis of the use of a mobile application, in order to avoid malfunctions and improve the user experience. Within specific Services, Robomagister integrates artificial intelligence systems to optimize controls and improve the performance of the Liffo kitchen robot. To this end, an advanced solution has been implemented that also includes generative artificial intelligence technologies. In relation to this use, the necessary clarifications are provided below. The artificial intelligence used for processing data collected by Liffo does not manage or store any information that can be associated with a physical person. The model is structured in such a way as to make the possibility of identifying personal data, either directly or indirectly, null or negligible. It is not possible to obtain personal information through any specific extraction method. In this way, it is guaranteed that no personal data remains linked to the system, ensuring the anonymity of users.
To this end, the implemented artificial intelligence provides support that allows to:

In accordance with the fundamental principles of personal data processing, including the principle of minimization, we inform you that any identifying information present in any processed images will not be saved or stored. Furthermore, Personal Data processed through these systems will not be used for the purpose of improving or training other services of the provider, as established by the contractual clauses governing the relationship between Robomagister and the providers, who operate as Data Processors.
We use information relating to your preferences and choices made to offer you promotional content in line with your interests. This allows us to offer you a more relevant and targeted communication experience, avoiding generic and irrelevant messages. The activities include: sending promotional and commercial communications relating to our products and/or services; carrying out market research and marketing initiatives; detecting the degree of satisfaction through questionnaires, surveys, or surveys.
Such communications may occur through: automated systems (such as email); traditional methods (mail or telephone); official Robomagister social channels (Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms accessible through the icons on our Websites). The legal bases used by Robomagister to process your Personal Data, according to the purposes indicated in the previous Section (“Purposes of Personal Data processing”), are as follows. The provision of Personal Data and its processing for the purposes related to the Provision of Services and Contractual Obligations is strictly functional respectively to the execution of the requested Service and to the correct execution of the existing contractual relationship with you and therefore constitutes a necessary condition for the establishment of the contractual relationship itself as well as the legal basis for processing. Consequently, the failure to provide the Personal Data requested for this purpose, or the ascertained inaccuracy of the data provided, will result in the impossibility for Robomagister to execute the Service and the contractual relationship and will legitimize Robomagister to refuse its execution, or to interrupt its execution.
The provision of Personal Data, and its processing for purposes attributable to Legal Obligations, is necessary for Robomagister to comply with relevant legal obligations. When you provide Personal Data to Robomagister, it must process it in accordance with applicable laws which may include retention and communication to competent authorities for compliance with tax, customs, or other obligations.
The provision of Personal Data and the corresponding processing aimed at improving, also thanks to the support of generative artificial intelligence systems, the performance of the activities of the Liffo kitchen robot is based on Robomagister's legitimate interest in improving and controlling the service provided, as well as on the interest in improving the quality of Liffo's performance. Similarly, the activities carried out also entail direct benefits for you: the controls implemented by Robomagister aim to carry out a more efficient automatic preliminary check on the recipes you want to cook so as to immediately inform you of any improvements or problems with the set programs and ingredients, allowing you to change or modify both programs and ingredients. Likewise, the activity of collecting information is aimed at improving the final quality of the cooked product and, therefore, of the Service offered. It also allows Liffo to learn the cooked recipes and reproduce them later as many times as desired. We also inform you that Robomagister, given the legal basis identified in legitimate interest, has also carried out appropriate assessments on the balancing of the interests involved.
The provision of Personal Data, and its processing for the purpose attributable to “Security” activities, is based on (i) Robomagister's interest in identifying and preventing unlawful behavior and for the related ascertainment of responsibility in case of cybercrimes against the Website and/or the Application, such as to compromise the availability, authenticity, integrity, and confidentiality of the Personal Data stored or transmitted, and, consequently, to cause prejudice to Robomagister or third parties, (ii) your interest in order to detect and follow up on appropriate checks in case of fraudulent access or unlawful acts through the profile you have created on the Websites or through the Application.
The provision of Personal Data, and its processing for the purpose relating to Soft Spam activity, is based on Robomagister's interest in sending you marketing communications via email regarding products and services similar to those you have already used or purchased through the Application. You can stop receiving these communications without suffering any consequences (other than not being able to receive further communications of this kind from Robomagister) by using the link (corresponding to the “Unsubscribe” button) at the bottom of each email received for this purpose.
The provision of Personal Data, and its processing for the purpose relating to “Marketing” activity, is based on your explicit consent collected through a specific checkbox. You are not obliged to provide such consent to Robomagister and, should you do so, you are free to revoke it at any time without suffering any consequences (other than not receiving marketing communications from Robomagister). You can revoke the consent given for this purpose by following the instructions contained in the Section “Your Rights as a Data Subject” of this Privacy Policy.
The provision of Personal Data, and its processing for the purpose relating to “Profiling” activity, is based on your explicit consent collected through a specific checkbox and/or through the cookie banner. You are not obliged to provide such consent to Robomagister and, should you do so, you are free to revoke it at any time without suffering any consequences (other than not being able to benefit from the personalization of Robomagister's commercial offers). Likewise, the possibility of browsing the Website and benefiting from its functionalities will not be compromised in any way, nor will you suffer any prejudicial consequences. You can revoke the consent given for this purpose by following the instructions in the Section “Your Rights as a Data Subject” of this Privacy Policy.
Personal Data will be made known to Robomagister personnel in charge of the development and management of the Website, Liffo, and the Application who are authorized to process them in order to achieve the previously indicated purposes and who have committed to confidentiality or have otherwise received an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality.
Personal Data may be shared, used, and transferred within companies belonging to the Robomagister group in relation to internal administrative-accounting purposes.
Some Personal Data will be made known to third parties, appointed Data Processors when they process Data on behalf of Robomagister (for example, companies that deal with shipping and that produce personalized gadgets, recipe books, kitchen tools, etc. with the Liffo® brand; including also companies affiliated with Robomagister, responsible for managing and fulfilling sales orders, subjects with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of Services such as hosting providers, platform providers for sending emails or, again, subjects delegated to carry out technical maintenance activities including the maintenance of network equipment and electronic communication networks; subjects for the development of interactive recipes and contests, software developers for making payments; providers of artificial intelligence systems and other ICT services, including security; subjects that provide the technological platform and payment gateway for product orders in the e-payments field; payment service providers for e-payments activities, who, in some cases, will act as data controllers).
Personal Data may be shared with third parties with whom Robomagister has ongoing contractual relationships concerning services functional to the performance of the activity (such as carriers for product delivery, auditing firms, individuals, companies, or professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy services in administrative, legal, tax, financial, and debt collection matters relating to the provision of Services).
Finally, Personal Data will be communicated where required to the competent financial offices, or to other Public Administrations, in accordance with current laws.

Considering Robomagister's international activity and the type of suppliers involved in the processing, some of your Personal Data may be shared with recipients, referred to in the previous paragraph, who may be located in countries not belonging to the European Economic Area. Robomagister informs you that transfers will be made through adequate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses models approved by the European Commission, accompanied by the simultaneous adoption of supplementary legal, technical, and organizational measures or other safeguards aimed at providing adequate Personal Data protection aligned with the relevant European provisions on the matter.

Personal Data processed for the purpose of Provision of Services and Contractual Obligations will be retained by Robomagister for the time strictly functional to the execution of the requested service and to the correct execution of the contractual relationship with you. In any case, since such Personal Data are processed to provide you with the Services and allow the execution of the contractual relationship, Robomagister may retain them for a longer period, particularly for what may be necessary to protect Robomagister's interests from possible liabilities related to the Services, or in fulfillment of specific legal obligations (such as those for the retention of accounting documentation relating to transactions).
In any case, Robomagister specifies that, unless otherwise provided by law, the retention period for personal data relating to orders and purchases made is set at 10 years from the payment date of the order, in accordance with tax and civil law obligations.
Robomagister will keep your authentication credentials for the Services of the Website and the Application active for up to 24 months from the date of the last login. Before the expiry of this period, Robomagister will send you a communication to the contacts you have provided to inform you of the upcoming deletion of your account. At the end of the retention period, your Personal Data will be deleted or subjected to an anonymization procedure.
Your requests, and the Data contained therein, collected through the Contacts/Customer Service area of the Applications will be kept for two years from the closure of the request in order to allow Robomagister to manage possible additional requests received after closure. At the end of this period, the Data that allows the identification, even indirect, of a physical person (such as name, surname, and email) will be anonymized and kept, in aggregated form, for statistical purposes.
Personal Data processed for the purpose of Legal Obligations will be retained by Robomagister for the period provided by specific legal obligations or applicable legislation. In this regard, Robomagister specifies that it will retain data relating to your possible purchases and orders for up to 10 years in order to comply with accounting and tax regulations.
Personal Data processed for the purpose of Security will be retained by Robomagister for the time strictly necessary for the aforementioned purpose and therefore until Robomagister is required to retain them to protect itself in court or to communicate such Data to the competent authorities.
Personal Data processed for the purpose of Soft Spam will be retained by Robomagister until you object to their processing through the link at the bottom of each Soft Spam email sent.
Personal Data processed for “Marketing” and “Profiling” purposes will be retained by Robomagister until the revocation of your consent, which you can renew periodically. Once consent is revoked, Robomagister will no longer use your Personal Data for these purposes, but may still retain some of them, particularly for what may be necessary to protect Robomagister's interests from possible liabilities based on such processing (i.e., some of your identifying Data may be retained as necessary for Robomagister to demonstrate proper acquisition and/or revocation of your consent at a given time). Robomagister specifies that for the execution of Marketing and Profiling purposes, it may, from time to time, use the details of any orders and purchases you have made in the previous 24 months.
Robomagister also informs you that, in order to comply with the principle of storage limitation, any consents expressed for Marketing and Profiling purposes, even if you do not proceed with the revocation of consent, will in any case be maintained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of the last login in accordance with the logic used for the retention of authentication credentials for the Services of the Website, Liffo, or the Application (this is because, due to prolonged inactivity of your account, Robomagister believes that your interest in our products has ceased).

If the information you provide is not sufficient to identify you uniquely and/or with a sufficient degree of certainty, taking into account the specific type of right exercised (such as, in particular, those of access, copy, and deletion), Robomagister will ask you for further information as required by specific regulatory provisions on personal data protection. In the event that Robomagister detects the absence or insufficiency of data suitable for identifying you and therefore there are reasonable doubts about your identity, Robomagister may then ask you to provide a copy of an identification document or any other information deemed useful for your identification. In the event that you provide such a document, personal details such as your name, surname, and address should be clear to correctly identify you, while any other information, such as your photo or any other personal characteristic not necessary for your identification, should be obscured before sending. We specify that our use of the information on your identity document is strictly limited to fully accounting for your request: in fact, such Data will only be used to verify your identity and will not be stored longer than necessary for this purpose.
Robomagister also informs you that you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (for example, that of the State in which you have your habitual residence, in Italy the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) if you believe that the processing of your Data is contrary to the applicable personal data protection legislation.
This Privacy Policy is effective from September 20, 2025. Robomagister reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in whole or in part, also due to changes in applicable legislation. Robomagister may inform you of such changes as soon as they are introduced and they will be binding as soon as they are published on the Website or the Application.
