Questions on the pre-order?

Pre-ordering Liffo is simple.

  • PRE-ORDER

    Put Liffo Pre-order in the cart and select the payment method.

    To confirm the pre-order and be one of the pioneers we ask you a deposit of €250.

    If you are within the first clients to pre-order Liffo, you will receive a limited and numbered series, personalized with your name.

  • DELIVERY

    Innovation requires time!

    Liffo will be available starting September 2025.

    We will contact you again as soon as we have the exact date of delivery and we will send you a link to complete the order and payment.

  • CANCELLATION

    Did you change your mind before order confirmation?

    Don’t worry, your pre-order can be canceled at any time until the payment deadline, and we will refund the amount paid in advance using the same payment method you used for the deposit.

Pre-order

Preordering Liffo is simple.
Add LIFFO PREORDER to your cart and select your payment method. To confirm your pre-order, we only require a deposit of 250 euros.
The full value of Liffo is 2989 euros (VAT included). Once available, you will need to pay the remaining 2739 euros. Liffo can currently only be purchased in the European market.

Liffo will be available starting from September 2025. We’ll contact you as soon as we have the exact delivery date and send you a link to finalize your order and complete the remaining payment of €2,739 (€2,989 - €250 deposit).

Certainly! You can try Liffo before purchasing by booking a spot at one of our exclusive cooking shows, where you’ll see the product in action. A consultant will guide you through the world of Liffo, showcasing its features and ease of use. Plus, you'll have the chance to taste one or more recipes from our available selection.

"You can cancel your pre-order at any time, up until the payment deadline for the remaining balance, and we will refund the amount paid in advance to the same payment method used at the time of the pre-order. Once you receive confirmation of product availability, you have 30 days to complete the remaining payment. After this period, the pre-order will be considered canceled, and the amount received will be retained as a non-refundable deposit.

Liffo is: The first and only robot that cooks completely autonomously, without the need for your presence during the cooking stages. The first and only one equipped with Artificial Intelligence to learn new recipes from you and evolve, understanding your food preferences and tastes. The first and only programmable robot that can be controlled remotely to delay or advance a recipe based on your schedule. The first and only one with a cooling function to preserve ingredients for up to 24 hours.

Liffo offers a wide range of functions: autonomous and automatic recipe preparation, learning new recipes, intelligent recipe search, cooling function, included scale, induction cooking, creaming and mixing, high-temperature cooking. Liffo can blend, stir, heat, boil, and keep food warm. The smart functions include: remote programming via the app, standby or recipe cancellation, planner function, new recipe publication. Finally, it also has cleaning functions such as rinsing and anti-limescale maintenance.

Italian traditional recipes, creative, vegetarian, vegan, and dietetic innovations: with hundreds of pre-installed recipes, Liffo meets every need for appetizers, starters and main courses, and delicious, healthy desserts, all made with fresh ingredients cooked on the spot.

The first users to pre-order Liffo will receive a limited edition, numbered version, personalized with their name. Additionally, they will have access to a selection of star-rated recipes. These early users will become part of our community and receive exclusive previews of all the latest news and initiatives from the world of Liffo.

Liffo will be delivered fully assembled and ready to be placed on your kitchen counter, away from heat sources. You will need to connect it to the correct power outlet and charge it for a couple of hours before use. Additionally, connect it to Wi-Fi and download the app by following the instructions in the installation kit. We recommend washing the pot and containers under water before using them for your first recipe.

The pot and food containers are easy to remove and can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. The lid with the integrated camera can be washed under running water or with a damp cloth. There is also a function to simplify the cleaning of the pot and prevent the buildup of residue, along with a descaling function to be performed approximately every 6 months.

Liffo has a diameter of 50 cm. Its exact dimensions are W 50 × H 51 × D 50 cm.

Liffo is a complete miniature kitchen that includes an induction cooking system, a refrigeration unit, a 4-liter trimetal stainless steel pot, 8 stainless steel ingredient containers, and a 7” display, with a total weight of 28 kg.

The trimetal pot has a capacity of 4 liters. Each stainless steel container holds up to 500 grams.

The induction system consumes 700 Watts, while the refrigeration unit consumes 50 Watts.

Liffo cools the containers to around 4°C, preserving most ingredients safely for up to 24 hours.

Liffo’s smart scale is external, but thanks to Bluetooth connectivity, it communicates directly with the robot's software to ensure maximum accuracy. We recommend removing all containers, weighing the ingredients on the scale while following the loading instructions step-by-step, then inserting them in the correct sequence.

Liffo can prepare meals for 1 to 8 people, depending on the selected recipe.

Ingredient recognition is available during the “recording” function, when you want to create a new recipe for Liffo to cook autonomously. Liffo uses the integrated camera in its lid powered by AI to identify ingredients. It currently recognizes a wide range of commonly used items. If it doesn’t recognize an ingredient, it will prompt you to manually identify it. Liffo’s AI is constantly evolving and improves through user-generated recipes. So, an unrecognized ingredient today may be identified automatically in the future.

Yes, you can add your personal recipes or import online recipes using the automatic recipe generation feature. Simply copy and paste or write the recipe in free text format into the app. Liffo will automatically interpret it and generate a structured recipe. You can then edit and save it, making it available for autonomous cooking.

Liffo is compatible with VoiceOver and TalkBack, allowing visually impaired users to interact with the device.

Yes. If you want to follow a specific diet and don’t know where to start, Liffo can help. A dietary questionnaire developed in collaboration with a trusted nutritionist collects information about your needs and shows only the recipes that match your dietary profile, helping you stay on track with a balanced plan.

Yes. The planner function lets you select the recipes you want to enjoy each day of the week. It helps you manage your diet, optimize your grocery shopping, and organize your cooking in advance.

Yes. Liffo includes a Community feature where you can, if you choose to, share your recipes and discover new ideas and tips from other users.

Liffo is designed to be easy to use and requires minimal maintenance, just a descaling procedure approximately every 6 months.

Liffo comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Once deliveries begin, a 24/7 phone support service will be available. Technical assistance and repairs will be handled directly by Liffo at our facility in Reggio Emilia. Additionally, at the time of delivery, you will have access to a personalized in-home setup service, provided by our network of certified consultants.

We follow the applicable Italian laws regarding the right of withdrawal, as specified in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Starting from September, we will offer the option to pay in convenient monthly installments, allowing you to cover the remaining balance (for pre-orders) or the full amount (for first purchases) over a period of 12 months.
