Passatelli come from Romagna, made of breadcrumbs, parmesan and eggs, and are born in meat broth: using them with fish is a recent liberty. They cook in a couple of minutes and go in last, because left sitting in liquid they fall apart. But enough talking — let's go straight to loading the ingredients into Liffo!
