DATA SUBJECTS: Candidates under consideration for employment.

DATA COLLECTION
Data is collected through submissions by the data subjects via the website, providing information about their professional experience. To facilitate the collection process, candidates are encouraged to submit their information by attaching a complete electronic CV in European or another format (if including a photograph, please note that the image will not be used in any way). The submitted CV should only contain general data, which will be processed strictly in line with the obligations, purposes, and limits specified below. If not strictly necessary, candidates are advised not to include sensitive data (e.g., health conditions, racial or ethnic origins, union membership, religious beliefs).
Robomagister srl, as the Data Controller for your personal data under Articles 13 and 14 of the European Regulation 2016/679, hereby informs you that this regulation ensures the protection of data subjects concerning the processing of personal data. Such processing will be carried out with fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and respect for your privacy and rights. The information and personal data you provide or are otherwise acquired during website usage will be processed following the provisions of the aforementioned legislation and confidentiality obligations.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
Your personal data (e.g., name, surname, date of birth, education, etc.) will be processed for purposes related to fulfilling obligations concerning the potential establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis for processing is Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR.

DATA PROCESSING METHODS
Your personal data will be processed using manual, electronic, and/or telematic methods.
All processing is carried out in compliance with the methods specified in Articles 6 and 32 of the GDPR, adopting appropriate security measures.

DATA COMMUNICATION
Your data will be processed by staff explicitly authorized by the Data Controller, specifically from the following categories:

  • General Management and HR Department.

Your personal data may also be communicated to third parties acting as independent Data Controllers or Data Processors as necessary for proper management of the employment relationship, with guaranteed protection of your rights (e.g., external parties providing hardware, software, or cloud services). A complete list can be requested by contacting the Data Controller.

DATA DISCLOSURE
Your personal data will not be disclosed.

RETENTION PERIOD
In compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization, as per Article 5 of the GDPR, your personal data will be retained for two years from the date of receipt.

DATA TRANSFER
For technical and/or organizational reasons, your data may be transferred to countries within the European Union. This transfer is legitimate and safeguarded by adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission. You may request a copy of the measures adopted for EU data transfers and information on where they are available by contacting the Data Controller at the email address info@robomagister.com.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
You have the right to request from the Data Controller: deletion (right to be forgotten), restriction, updating, rectification, data portability, objection to the processing of your personal data, and to exercise any other rights outlined in Articles 15 and subsequent of the European Regulation 2016/679 by writing to info@robomagister.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

EU Regulation 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 – Data Subject Rights

  1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning them exists, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form, as well as the possibility to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  2. The data subject has the right to obtain information about:
    • The origin of personal data;
    • The purposes and methods of processing;
    • The logic applied in case of processing carried out with electronic means;
    • The identity of the Data Controller, processors, and the representative designated under Article 5(2);
    • The entities or categories of entities to whom personal data may be communicated or who may learn about it as designated representatives, processors, or authorized personnel.
  3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
    • The updating, rectification, or, if interested, integration of the data;
    • The deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that is unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
    • Certification that the operations referred to in (a) and (b) have been notified to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort relative to the right protected.
  4. The data subject has the right to object, wholly or partly:
    • For legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
    • To the processing of personal data concerning them for sending advertising materials, direct sales, market research, or commercial communications.
